Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided via our portal.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to activate your tracking number.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our tailors inspect the returned item for original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
